Oh, the 13th of June 09 was a really great day for me^^. There was a Japanese day in Duesseldorf. A huge variety of people - normal, gothic, gothic Lolita, Cosplayer and other types - were there. There were so many food shops, you couldn’t count them. It’s too sad, that we arrived rather late, but we saw enough to decide to come back to the Japanese day next year. It was funny to look at the Japanese culture. For example to watch a traditional drumming, where the drummer (who was really good looking xP) celebrated strange movements. But the movements of the step dancer where even more funny and more difficult harder as those of the drummer. Until the end of the step show, the stepper was joking with all the people and everyone could see that he had lots of fun with this xP. Then there was a guitar player, but he didn’t play very long.
When the next show started, we walked over the place to look for gift shops or something like this. But whereever we looked, we found only food shops xD.And these weren’t really cheap T.T. But then we found some nicer shops. Finally we didn’t buy anything. Later we found a Japanese karaoke with animesongs and more xD. We didn’t sing, but we listened to it. Some pupils were ok and other not really. xDD And there were some dance freaks. My friend and me watched them for a while, too^^.
Later we went back to the other side and saw many more cosplayers and some other guys xD There was a samurai exposition but we weren’t really interested.
Me and my friend drank a funny lemonade from Japan. Especially the bottles looked very funny. Maybe I put a picture in deviantart.com.^^
At 23 o’clock everyone looked in the sky, because the fireworks started. Many firecircles turned fast around and some had funny other forms like stars or hearts or… smilys^^ Finally there came a really big one and a piece of heaven got gold *smile*
Cool, isn’t it? xD I hope I will go earlier to this nice occasion next year. xDD
